IRYNA N SILFIES  

IRYNA N SILFIES, the founder and Chief Instructor, holds the rank of Shotokan Karate Black belt WKF ( World Karate Federation), with extensive teaching experience. Has been training with WKF since 2000. Member of the sports club team. Attended many competitions and was awarded medals, Kumite Champion. Helped at International Competitions as a judge, attended coaching and refereeing seminars WKF. She has been teaching Karate since 2003.Ms. Iryna N. Silfies has Specialty Physical Education, Sports and Master of Education Physical Education. She also has teaching experience at Olympic College as Coach-Teacher and lecturer Theory and Methods of Physical Education and athletics coach of Track and Field, Jumping, Sprinting. Ms. Iryna N. Silfies trained in several different martial arts such as Muay Thai, Taekwondo and achieved a rank of blue belt.

  She teaches a deep commitment to instilling discipline, respect, and self-confidence in every child. With a passion for guiding young karatekas, the Coach emphasizes mental development, focus, and the core values of karate. 

Through personalized instruction in small class settings, they ensure that each child develops both physically and mentally, growing stronger, more purposeful, and confident.
